I led a full end-to-end redesign for their web and mobile websites and developed a scalable component library, restructured the information architecture and created a flexible system that supports future growth and maximized for conversion optimization.

Outcome

The redesign focused on accelerating buyer journeys through personalized, tailored interactions for every visit, strengthening SEO and content discoverability - restructuring navigation, hierarchy, information architecture and increasing mobile usability to create a clearer, more intuitive experience.
